On April 11 the Harmony Hill 4-H club had their April meeting. There were two speakers, one gave a speech about what the St. Croix County Fairplex does and handed out raffle tickets for the members to sell in order to get new animal barns at the fairgrounds. The other speaker was from the Baldwin Greenhouse and she informed the club about plant parts and answered questions.
The club voted to give a donation to the fair funds in the form of a family movie night themed basked to be sold.
Several important motions were made and then there were demonstrations. Towards the end of the meeting the club was happily informed that they had received their grant for their community garden.
There were sign up sheets for service opportunities.
Meetings are held the second Monday of the month at the Lions Den in Woodville at 6:30pm. Call Allison with any questions 715-698-3897
