The St. Croix County 4-H Policy outlines requirements for clubs, membership, project enrollment, member successful completion, awards and trips and special activities. All adults who work directly with youth in a leadership role are required to complete the Wisconsin 4-H Youth Protection Program. There are four steps involved in becoming an official 4-H Volunteer.
